  • Lawyer from University of Chile. LLM, Fletcher School of Law & Diplomacy and Master’s in Tax Law, University of Chile.
  • He has a long and distinguished career in the mining industry, positioning him as a leading expert in project finance, corporate law, and dispute resolution, as well as in complex contracting within the fields of engineering and construction.
  • During 2014 he was called to participate in the National Lithium Commission, as an expert lawyer in mining law. He has also served as legal advisor to Phelps Dodge Corporation (now Freeport-McMoRan) and CODELCO. He is an arbitrator at the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Santiago Chamber of Commerce (CAM) and a professor of Mining Law at the University of Chile School of Law, and teaches in the postgraduate programs on the Mining Industry at the Department of Industrial Engineering of the University of Chile, as well as in the Electromobility program at the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy of the Catholic University of Chile.
  • His practice focuses on Mining Law, Corporate Law and Finance, complex litigation, legal reports, and arbitration.
