- Lawyer, University of Chile. Master’s in Regulatory Law from the Catholic University of Chile and Master’s candidate in Energy Law at Universidad Mayor. Holds diplomas in Water Law from Universidad Gabriela Mistral and in International Law and Regional Integration from the Institute of International Studies, University of Chile.
- Her professional development has been closely tied to Cristián Quinzio, with whom she has worked since the beginning of her legal career. Karla has advised various mining and energy companies in project development, supporting them in obtaining permits and surface land rights, designing legal strategies to prevent or resolve conflicts, and participating in the corporate structuring of the companies she represents, as well as in drafting highly sophisticated contractual frameworks. She has also represented several companies in complex litigation related to engineering and construction.
